Meet Your Nutritionist - Farah! My name is Farah M. Green and I'm a certified nutritionist and a body activist, known to many as The Body Positive Nutritionist. A few years ago, I fell into a deep depression where I would have mental breakdowns at work and began having suicidal thoughts. I found myself battling between losing weight, adjusting to a demanding job and planning for my dream wedding while living in Seattle, WA. Over time, I stopped being so concerned about my physical appearance and started focusing on internal healing. I began meditating to help lower my stress level. I started listening to more Joel Olsten in the morning to help develop a positive attitude and grow my relationship with God. I would exercise and learn how to eat nutritious foods that would fuel my body so that I can feel good. I soon began to realize my mental and physical health was bigger than just reaching weight loss goals. I was determined to get back to a space where I was happy and healthy both mentally and physically. As a result, I started falling in love with every aspect of her body.
A year later, in 2018, I completed ten 5K/10K races and a half marathon in less than twelve months. I finally found my outlet and would run at least once a month in a 5K/10K race. With time and consistency, I was able to develop a self-love that pulled me out of depression and began focusing on activities that would help me achieve my wellness goals versus allowing the number on the scale to dictate how I should feel about my body. I knew I wasn’t the only woman going through these body image challenges of learning how to adopt a healthy lifestyle. That's when I decided to create Thick, Bold, and Healthy to teach women how to transform their body through body positivity and nutrition. I've reached more than 3,000 women online helping them change their mindset regarding their health and learn how to incorporate proper nutrition into their daily lives.
Today, I've launched the Fit Girl Core Program and the T.A.S.T.Y Girl Method Program that's designed to help women lose weight and reduce medication intake by learning how to sustainable nutrition and optimal wellness. Both programs are helping women develop a healthier relationship with food, while building more self-love and making themselves a priority. And as a result, they begin to TRULY love the skin they’re in and achieve their OWN BODY GOALS.

Perhaps it’s because I have always walked in what I was meant to do. In business, with children, volunteering, or church, I’ve always applied what God gave me. I’ve always listened to my own inner voice; rather than doing things the way others told me to.

And that’s exactly what initially motivated me to give more thought to how I could add to the lives of others. Everything I’ve done, all my work experience and my training has led me to what I do today. Getting my Undergrad in Business and Project Management changed my entire world. It gave me a systematic way to approach things. My Masters in Business Leadership and Project Management became the basis for my proprietary process. I obtained certifications from John C. Maxwell and Steven Covey, as well as certifications for Project Management (PMP), Emotional Intelligence, Formational Healing and Life Coaching. My training coupled with my 20 years of experience as a Business Manager -where I coach leaders and drive success-have all prepped me and set me up to bring the most value to the lives of my clients.
That’s my purpose. To help my clients grow in success and master “Self” so they can positively impact every area of their lives.

Meet Your Trainer - Kendra! Hey! I’m Kendra Stapleton, wife, mom of three, business owner and lover of all thing’s health and fitness. My fitness journey started back in 2019 right after giving birth to my youngest daughter. I was unhappy with my body, depressed, and had low self-esteem. I made the decision to change my lifestyle. I was a stay at home mom at the time so I started working out from home and later transitioned over to working out in the gym. I’m not going to lie, it was a challenging road that had many ups and downs, but it was the best decision I could have ever made. I’ve lost a total of 70 pounds, put on muscle and have maintained a healthy weight for 2 years now.
My goal is to inspire, empower and motivate all women to take a step forward to change their lifestyle and step outside their comfort zones because we all know that life changing moments happen when we get uncomfortable. I have created an 8-week beginner/moderate friendly online training program dedicated to helping women lose fat and build muscle by weight lifting. Yes, weightlifting! Not only are we dropping the weight but most importantly we are getting stronger every week.
Any goal that you have is possible when you stay consistent and never give up. Start over as many times as you need but never give up! You can have the self-confidence and the body of your dreams. You deserve it!
